Trusting Too Much

My biggest regret ever is telling people too much about myself. So many people have broken my trust, and it makes me feel almost exposed. Even my girlfriend told people personal things that I wanted to keep between me and her. I guess it’s part of my nature to trust people, but I’m not great at finding trustworthy people.
